The exhibition, a highlight of Hong Kong’s 20th Anniversary celebrations and a major cultural event of Le French May festival, showcases diverse treasures from the famous Louvre Museum in Paris.
The exhibition includes more than 130 masterworks from all the Louvre's departments - paintings, sculptures, ceramics, tapestries and other items – to portray the history and development of the museum.
Educational activities will introduce audiences to the milestones of the Louvre and its collections in an interesting and innovative way, featuring dramatised and guided tours, talks and workshops.
